By installing, accessing, or using scale-lab, you agree to the following terms:

scale-lab is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use of the software is at your own risk.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of scale-lab, Ruan Hanthequeste, shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use scale-lab, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of musical work, or interruption of service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use scale-lab.
